Jupiter Wagons board appointed Ms. Ranjini Roy and Ms. Siddhi Singhania as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years from July 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Roy has 25 plus years experience across Aditya Birla Group and consulting firms in strategy and growth. Singhania is a practicing Company Secretary with 12 plus years in corporate governance and compliance. The company will also shift its Kolkata corporate office from Middleton Street to Taratalla Road, Alipore from July 16, 2026.
