Jupiter Wagons' Board approved its Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) standalone and consolidated unaudited results on February 11, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 77,593 lakhs from Rs. 1,00,003 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a YoY decline of about 22%, while nine-month revenue dropped roughly 34% to Rs. 1,89,403 lakhs from Rs. 2,86,858 lakhs. Standalone profit for Q3 was Rs. 5,833 lakhs (down from Rs. 9,786 lakhs YoY) and for nine months was Rs. 14,389 lakhs (vs Rs. 27,571 lakhs), with margin pressure visible across the period. On the consolidated side, Q3 revenue was Rs. 89,036 lakhs and nine-month revenue Rs. 2,13,555 lakhs, with the company booking a share of joint venture losses of Rs. 430 lakhs for nine months. The auditor (Walker Chandiok & Co LLP) issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. Notable items include conversion of 28.72 lakh warrants by promoter Tatravagonka at Rs. 470/share, bringing in about Rs. 101 crore, and a Q2 exceptional charge of Rs. 1,039 lakhs at subsidiary Stone India for differential port lease rent.
The results show a clear slowdown in the core wagon/fabrication business with revenue and profit both contracting sharply YoY, which is negative for near-term sentiment even as the auditor's clean report and promoter-led equity infusion of ~Rs. 101 crore provide some comfort. Shareholders should expect volatility around the stock given the weak topline and margin compression, balanced by the fresh equity from the promoter.
