Just Dial reported Q4 FY26 operating revenue of Rs 3,072 million (up 6.2% YoY) with operating EBITDA of Rs 888 million at 28.9% margin. Net profit fell 36.6% YoY to Rs 1,000 million due to a 55% drop in other income from mark-to-market treasury gains. Full year FY26 revenue grew 6.3% to Rs 12.1 billion with 29.5% operating margin, but net profit declined 14.9% to Rs 4.97 billion. Traffic showed concerning trends with quarterly unique visitors falling 4.7% YoY to 182.4 million, though mobile dominates at 85.7% share. The company expanded listings to 54.7 million (up 12.1% YoY) and geocoded listings to 41 million (up 25.4%). Cash and investments stood at a strong Rs 58.5 billion. Promoter group (led by Reliance Retail at 63.84%) holds 74.15% stake.
The quarter shows mixed signals: revenue growth is steady but net profit is pressured by lower treasury income and margin compression. Declining unique visitors could signal competitive challenges. However, strong cash reserves and stable operating margins provide cushion. Shareholders may focus on whether traffic decline stabilizes and whether margin guidance improves.
