Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited has submitted its second monitoring agency report for Justo Realfintech's IPO proceeds. The company raised Rs. 63 crore via a fresh equity issue in September 2025 at Rs. 127 per share (49,61,000 shares). Of the total proceeds, Rs. 48.34 crore (77%) has been deployed as of March 31, 2026, leaving Rs. 14.66 crore unutilized. All major spending heads show utilization in line with the offer document: Rs. 33.96 crore out of Rs. 36.50 crore deployed toward working capital, Rs. 1.02 crore of Rs. 6.30 crore for IT infrastructure, full repayment of Rs. 5 crore in borrowings, Rs. 6.84 crore in issue expenses, and Rs. 1.52 crore in general corporate purposes. The unutilized balance of Rs. 14.93 crore (including interest) is held in fixed deposits with Kotak Mahindra Bank maturing in April 2026. No deviations from the objects of the issue have been reported, and all statutory approvals have been obtained.
