Jyothy Labs has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 2026. Total income for the year grew 3.5% to ₹2,94,429 lakhs from ₹2,84,392 lakhs. However, full-year net profit after tax declined 10.2% to ₹33,319 lakhs from ₹37,117 lakhs. Q4 FY26 net profit also fell 12.3% to ₹6,752 lakhs versus ₹7,700 lakhs in Q4 FY25. The company declared standalone results following the sale of its Bangladesh subsidiary (JKBL) in March 2025 for ₹210 lakhs, which resulted in an exceptional loss of ₹370 lakhs. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share of ₹1 face value, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
The revenue growth is positive but declining profitability is concerning. The Bangladesh subsidiary exit and exceptional loss impacted annual earnings. The dividend recommendation provides some investor comfort. Shareholders should note that the company now operates on a standalone basis without any subsidiary.
