Jyoti Structures Limited has informed the exchange that the trading window for its securities will remain closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The closure applies to all officers, designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives. PANs of designated persons will be frozen for trading during this period. The date of the board meeting for results will be announced later.
