Jyoti Ltd reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,778 lakhs for FY26, up 31.5% from Rs 1,352 lakhs in FY25. Revenue from operations grew 12.9% to Rs 27,653 lakhs from Rs 24,492 lakhs. EBITDA improved to Rs 2,318 lakhs from Rs 1,717 lakhs, while EPS increased to Rs 7.70 from Rs 5.85. The company took an additional charge of Rs 101.23 lakhs due to new labour codes implementation. Consolidated net profit was Rs 1,804 lakhs (including Rs 26.22 lakhs share of profit from joint venture). Despite profits, the balance sheet shows negative other equity of Rs 5,694 lakhs on standalone basis. Cash flow from operations remained positive at Rs 1,560 lakhs.
Strong profit growth and margin expansion are positives, but the company carries significant negative equity and high borrowings of Rs 20,925 lakhs. The stock appears financially stretched despite improving profitability.
