Jyoti Ltd has submitted to BSE the newspaper advertisement of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025, published on 13th November 2025 in The Indian Express and Financial Express, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose sharply to ₹7,154 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹4,183 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a growth of about 71%. Net profit after tax surged to ₹663 lakhs from just ₹72 lakhs a year ago, while EBITDA jumped to ₹707 lakhs from ₹147 lakhs. Standalone EPS for the quarter stood at ₹2.87 versus ₹0.31 in the same quarter last year. Consolidated figures were broadly similar, with net profit after tax of ₹646 lakhs (vs ₹153 lakhs). For the half year ended September 2025, standalone net profit was ₹1,245 lakhs on revenue of ₹14,334 lakhs.
The results show a very strong year-on-year rebound in both revenue and profitability for Jyoti Ltd, which is positive for shareholders. However, this filing is only a regulatory newspaper publication and not new information, so the stock is unlikely to react meaningfully beyond what already happened when the results were first disclosed.
