K.P. Energy Limited submitted its Q3 FY26 investor presentation to the exchanges. The company reported strong Q3 results with revenue from operations at ₹345 crore (+63% YoY), EBITDA at ₹77 crore (+75% YoY), and profit after tax at ₹41 crore (+58% YoY). EPS rose to ₹6.18 from ₹3.96, while cash profit grew 80% YoY to ₹56 crore. Nine-month FY26 revenue reached ₹865 crore (+61%) with PAT of ₹103 crore. The company highlighted a multi-year order pipeline of over 2 GW and several large MoUs, including a ₹4,000 crore agreement with the Gujarat government for 855 MW of renewable energy projects, a 2.5 GW tie-up with Inox Wind, and up to 2 GW with Senvion India. CARE Ratings upgraded its long-term bank facility rating to A- (Stable).
The presentation reinforces strong operational momentum and a robust growth pipeline, which should be viewed positively by investors. The sizable MoUs and 2 GW order book point to multi-year revenue visibility, while the rating upgrade reflects improved financial strength, potentially supporting better borrowing terms going forward.
