Kabra Commercial Limited has sent out its 43rd Annual Report and AGM Notice via email to shareholders (cut-off date: 8th August 2025). The 43rd AGM is scheduled for Monday, 22nd September 2025 at 11:30 AM at the registered office in Kolkata. Three items are on the agenda: adoption of FY25 audited financials, re-appointment of Mrs. Radhika Kabra (who retires by rotation), and re-appointment of statutory auditors M/s. Ranjit Jain & Co for a fresh 5-year term (till 48th AGM) at a proposed remuneration of Rs. 50,000 for FY 2025-26. Financially, revenue from operations rose to Rs. 23.83 crore from Rs. 19.58 crore, and net profit more than doubled to Rs. 1.56 crore (from Rs. 67.96 lakh), with EPS climbing to Rs. 5.32 from Rs. 2.31. The Board has not recommended any dividend for FY25. E-voting will be facilitated through CDSL.
Shareholders should note the 22nd September 2025 AGM date and the 15th September 2025 cut-off for e-voting eligibility. The strong jump in profits and revenue is a positive signal, but the decision to skip a dividend may temper near-term shareholder returns.
