The board approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood flat at ₹29.44 lakhs, but the company posted a net loss of ₹81.92 lakhs for Q2 FY26, sharply wider than the ₹18.02 lakh loss in Q2 FY25. Other expenses surged to ₹78.16 lakhs (from ₹15.11 lakhs), largely due to a ₹76 lakh one-time payment for ROC fees and stamp duty to increase authorised capital from ₹10 crore to ₹90 crore. H1 FY26 loss was ₹99.94 lakhs versus a marginal profit of ₹0.02 lakh a year ago. Accumulated losses swelled to ₹427.76 lakhs, pushing other equity deep into the negative. The board also withdrew the proposed preferential issue of 7.38 crore equity shares at ₹28 each (₹206 crore planned raise), citing investor pullback, market volatility and a sharp fall in the company's share price.
Negative for shareholders — the cancelled preferential issue means the company will not raise the planned ₹206 crore of fresh capital at a time when accumulated losses are mounting and operating cash flow has turned negative (₹89.46 lakh outflow in H1). The stock may remain under pressure given the failed capital raise and widening losses.
