Appointment of additional Non-Executive Independent Director

Kaira Can Company has appointed Mr. Rushabh Jayant Vora (DIN: 00382198) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on June 13, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He will serve a first term of 5 consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 62nd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Vora is 52 years old, holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan University, and is the Managing Director of Chemspec Chemicals Private Limited, bringing experience in speciality chemicals, international and domestic marketing, and risk and insurance management. He is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the company.
