Kaira Can appoints Chandrahas Zaveri as Independent Director

Kaira Can Company has appointed Mr. Chandrahas Vinod Zaveri (DIN: 03564067) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a 5-year first term, effective 25 June 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 63rd AGM. He is 39 years old, holds a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA, and is currently MD of Neo Wires and Allied Products. He has expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing, and operations. He is not related to any existing Directors or KMPs.
