Kairosoft AI Solutions (formerly Pankaj Piyush Trade and Investment) has submitted revised audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2026, correcting clerical errors in segment-wise reporting for the 'Artificial Intelligence, Web and App Development' segment, where segment loss was originally shown as Rs. (16.60) lakhs and Rs. (29.18) lakhs but the correct figures are Rs. (19.18) lakhs and Rs. (28.19) lakhs, and segment profit/(loss) before interest and tax was reported as Rs. (68.72) lakhs instead of the correct Rs. (152.76) lakhs. The company clarified that the correction is purely clerical and has no impact on overall results, financial position, profitability, cash flows, or EPS. FY26 total revenue grew ~42% YoY to Rs. 251.10 lakhs, the net loss narrowed sharply to Rs. (42.54) lakhs from Rs. (239.26) lakhs in FY25, and EPS improved to Rs. (3.60) from Rs. (20.23). Statutory auditor S. Agarwal & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the Managing Director filed a separate declaration confirming the same. Operating cash flow turned strongly positive at Rs. 351.41 lakhs versus a negative Rs. (69.60) lakhs last year, while the company continues to invest heavily in intangible assets under development (Rs. 1,181.67 lakhs vs Rs. 19.87 lakhs previously).
The revision is a procedural correction only and does not change any headline financial numbers. The business is still loss-making at the net level, but the sharp narrowing of losses, ~42% revenue growth, and a swing to positive operating cash flow are encouraging signs. Shareholders should watch whether the heavy intangible asset investments begin generating revenue in FY27.
