Kaiser Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of two Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors with effect from July 30, 2025. The new directors are Mr. Gitesh Nimkar (DIN: 02342111) and Mrs. Hufrish Variava (DIN: 11219649), subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting. Mr. Nimkar is a commerce graduate with experience in accounts and software, while Mrs. Variava is also a commerce graduate with experience in accounts and administration. Both are based in Mumbai, not related to any existing directors, KMPs, or promoters, and are not debarred from holding a director's office by SEBI or any other authority.
