Kaiser Corporation has filed newspaper cuttings of its unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025) results, published in Freepress and Navshakti on 15 November 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to Rs 19.22 lakh in Q2 FY26 (vs Rs 16.91 lakh in Q2 FY25) and Rs 38.89 lakh for H1 FY26 (vs Rs 33.38 lakh in H1 FY25), with a small pre-tax profit of Rs 3.08 lakh and EPS of Rs 0.004 for the quarter. However, consolidated results show a sharp reversal: total income fell to Rs 273.91 lakh in Q2 FY26 from Rs 649.63 lakh in Q2 FY25, with a net loss before tax of Rs 274.02 lakh versus a Rs 2.21 lakh profit a year ago, and an H1 FY26 loss of Rs 317.31 lakh. Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 14 November 2025.
Mixed signals for shareholders — standalone business is marginally profitable with modest revenue growth, but the consolidated entity swung to a sizeable loss on sharply lower revenue, suggesting weakness in subsidiaries or group-level costs that warrants closer scrutiny.
