Kajaria Ceramics announced the appointment of Mr. Ipininder Singh as Group Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), effective April 23, 2026. Singh brings over 24 years of experience including roles at Dalmia Bharat, Havells India, and Convergys India, with an MBA from IIT Delhi and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Concurrently, Mr. Atul Nigam will cease to be Senior Management Personnel but will continue as VP (IT), reporting to the new CDIO. This change reflects an internal restructuring of the IT reporting structure rather than a departure.

Likely market impact

This is a routine senior management change driven by organizational restructuring. Mr. Atul Nigam remains with the company in an altered role, suggesting no cause for concern. The appointment of a dedicated CDIO indicates the company's focus on digital transformation.
