Arunis Abode Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on 25th July 2025 to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds through a Rights Issue of equity shares to existing shareholders, along with approval of the Draft Letter of Offer. This follows an earlier Board meeting on 7th July 2025 which had authorised fund-raising of up to INR 100 Crore through various permissible modes under SEBI and Companies Act rules. The trading window for insiders and designated persons remains closed from 1st July 2025 until 48 hours after declaration of quarterly results for June 30, 2025.
Existing shareholders may get an opportunity to subscribe to additional equity shares pro-rata, which could dilute shareholding if not fully subscribed. The size and pricing details of the Rights Issue will be disclosed after the Board meeting on 25th July.
