Kalind Ltd (formerly Arunis Abode Limited) has completed its Rights Issue, allotting 7,08,90,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at Rs. 17 per share (including a Rs. 7 premium), aggregating Rs. 120.513 Crores. The Rights Issue opened on February 9, 2026 and closed on February 16, 2026, with allotment approved by the Rights Issue Committee on February 17, 2026 in consultation with the Registrar (MUFG Intime India) and BSE as the Designated Stock Exchange. As a result, the paid-up equity share capital has risen from 5,10,00,000 shares (Rs. 51,00,00,000) to 12,18,90,000 shares (Rs. 121,89,00,000), more than doubling the share count.
The share count has grown by approximately 139%, which is a significant dilution event. Shareholders who did not subscribe to the Rights Issue will see their holding percentage notably reduced, while the company has raised around Rs. 120.5 Crores in fresh capital. The stock may face short-term pressure as the new shares begin trading, pending how the raised funds are deployed.
