KPIL reported strong FY26 consolidated results with revenue of ₹27,143 crore (+22% YoY) and PBT of ₹1,334 crore (+62% YoY), with PBT margin expanding 120 bps to 4.9%. Net profit surged 82% to ₹1,031 crore, EPS jumped 71% to ₹60.9. The company achieved significant balance sheet improvement with net debt reduced 53% to ₹915 crore and net debt/equity at a healthy 0.1x. Working capital efficiency improved with NWC days at 75. ROCE improved to 21.4%, up 410 bps. The order book stands at ₹65,457 crore with FY26 order inflows of ₹26,400 crore led by T&D and B&F segments. New orders of ₹1,833 crore received in early FY27 with ₹3,200 crore in L1 status. The board proposed dividend of ₹11 per share (550% of face value).
