Kalyani Steels has published a newspaper reminder to shareholders about SEBI's special window for re-lodging physical share transfer and demat requests. As per SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026, the window is open from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. It covers physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019, including earlier rejected or returned requests. Eligible shareholders can approach RTA MUFG Intime India or the company for assistance. Transferred shares will be credited in demat mode only and carry a one year lock-in from the date of transfer registration.
Shareholders with old physical shares can use this one year window to convert them to demat. Useful for unlocking value, but shares will face a one year lock-in after transfer.
