Kama Holdings Limited submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) on 12 August 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at around Rs 3,85,672 lakhs, up about 10% from Rs 3,50,074 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit before tax jumped nearly 68% YoY to about Rs 58,362 lakhs, driven mainly by a strong showing in the Chemicals Business segment, whose revenue rose roughly 24% YoY to Rs 1,83,895 lakhs. Technical Textiles revenue fell about 11% YoY, while Performance Films & Foil Business grew modestly by around 6%. Statutory auditors V Sahai Tripathi & Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or modifications.
Strong profit growth significantly outpaced revenue growth, suggesting improved margins, which is a positive signal for shareholders. The mixed segment performance — with Chemicals carrying the group while Textiles lags — is worth tracking, but overall results point to healthy operational momentum.
