Re- Appointment of Statutory Auditor

Shareholders of Kamadgiri Fashion Limited approved the re-appointment of M/s. DMKH & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company at the 38th Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2025. This is the second consecutive term for DMKH & Co., covering a period of 5 years from the conclusion of the 38th AGM until the conclusion of the 43rd AGM (FY 2030-2031). DMKH & Co. is a Mumbai-based firm with 15 partners and over 150 professionals, offering audit, tax, advisory, and risk services across multiple Indian cities. The re-appointment was passed via an ordinary resolution and disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations.
