Kamat Hotels has announced the appointment of Mr. Milind Wadekar as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from August 1, 2026. Wadekar is a seasoned finance leader with over 30 years of experience, including more than two decades in the hospitality sector. He is a Chartered Accountant and currently serves as Executive Vice President - Finance and Investor Relations at Ventive Hospitality Limited. Previously, he was CFO at Chalet Hotels Limited. The appointment was approved by the Board based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Wadekar is not related to any Director on the Board.
