Kansai Nerolac Paints has updated the list of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized to decide whether a corporate event is material enough to be disclosed to stock exchanges. The new arrangement takes effect from 1st August 2025 and supersedes all earlier intimation letters. Mr. Pravin D. Chaudhari (Managing Director), Mr. Yash Ahuja (Chief Financial Officer), and Mr. G. T. Govindarajan (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) are the three authorized persons. The MD along with any one of the CFO or Company Secretary will determine materiality, and any one of the three is empowered to make stock exchange disclosures.
