The Board of Bisil Plast Limited met on 30th May 2025 and approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. Revenue from operations collapsed to Rs. 92.86 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 403.16 lakhs in FY24, a fall of roughly 77%. Despite this, the company reported a net profit of Rs. 14.65 lakhs (vs Rs. 20.37 lakhs in FY24), supported by very low material costs. For Q4 FY25 alone, operations generated no revenue and the profit came mainly from Rs. 37.01 lakhs of other income. The statutory auditors, A.L. Thakkar & Co., issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. The Board also appointed Vishakha Agrawal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25. Balance sheet shows total assets at Rs. 172.17 lakhs (vs Rs. 356.06 lakhs) and accumulated losses of Rs. 421.67 lakhs, keeping other equity negative.
A nearly 77% drop in full-year revenue is a serious red flag even though the company stayed marginally profitable and got a clean audit. Negative reserves and shrinking top line signal continued operational stress, which shareholders should weigh carefully.
