Kartik Investments Trust Ltd's Board, at its meeting on 5 February 2026, approved the reclassification of Algavista Greentech Private Limited (AGPL) from the 'Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category under Regulation 31A of SEBI Listing Regulations.
