Kati Patang Lifestyle Ltd has issued a First and Final Call Notice to holders of partly paid-up equity shares from its rights issue made in July 2025. The company had issued 1,02,56,651 partly paid-up shares at ₹20 each (₹10 face value + ₹10 premium) in a 2-for-7 rights ratio, with only ₹10 per share collected initially. Shareholders are now required to pay the remaining ₹10 per share (₹5 face value + ₹5 premium) between April 10 and April 24, 2026, via ASBA mode. Trading in the partly paid-up shares has been suspended from April 2, 2026, and fully paid-up shares are expected to be credited within two weeks after the payment window closes. Failure to pay will attract 10% annual interest, adjustment against future dividends, and possible forfeiture of shares.
Shareholders who applied for the rights issue must pay the remaining call money by April 24, 2026, or risk forfeiture of their partly paid-up shares. Once payments are completed, shares will convert to fully paid-up status and resume trading, which is a routine procedural step following the 2025 rights issue.
