Tej Doshi and two Persons Acting in Concert (Hetal Shashank Doshi and Shashank Pravinchandra Doshi) have acquired 40,00,000 equity shares (6.65%) through a preferential issue allotment dated 21.05.2026. The acquirer is NOT part of the promoter group. Before the transaction, the acquirer group held 20,00,000 shares (5.82%) held solely by PAC Shashank Pravinchandra Doshi. After the allotment, the combined holding increased to 60,00,000 shares representing 9.98% of the expanded equity capital. The company's share capital increased from Rs.34.37 crore to Rs.60.12 crore due to this preferential allotment of new shares.
Existing shareholders face dilution as new shares were issued at a preferential basis to non-promoter acquirers. The acquirer group now holds just under 10%, approaching the SEBI takeover threshold which may trigger further disclosure requirements.
