Kaycee Industries' Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (20%) on 31,73,500 shares of Rs. 10 face value for FY ended March 31, 2025. Total dividend outflow works out to Rs. 63.47 lakhs, unchanged from the previous year (which had included a special dividend). The recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Alongside, the company posted solid FY25 numbers — revenue from operations rose about 9% to Rs. 5,320 lakhs, while consolidated net profit climbed roughly 28% to Rs. 577 lakhs and EPS stood at Rs. 18.18. The company had earlier in FY25 executed a 4:1 bonus issue and a stock split (Rs. 100 face value into 10 shares of Rs. 10), and acquired a 30% stake in Ultrafast Chargers for Rs. 8 crore.
The dividend is maintained at the same absolute level as last year, but with the prior year's payout including a special dividend, the recurring component has actually come down. Shareholders have already benefited from the bonus issue and stock split done earlier in the year, and the strong profit growth supports the payout.
