Kaycee Industries' board has recommended a final dividend of Rs.2 per equity share (20% on face value of Rs.10) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The total dividend outflow works out to Rs.63.47 lakhs, unchanged from the previous year when Rs.2/share included a special dividend — so the regular dividend component is effectively maintained. For FY25, consolidated revenue rose ~9% year-on-year to Rs.5,320.41 lakhs, while net profit grew ~28% to Rs.577.07 lakhs, pushing EPS to Rs.18.18 versus Rs.14.16 in FY24. The audited results were approved at the board meeting on 20th May 2025, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. Notably, during FY25 the company also executed a 1:10 stock split (Rs.100 face value to Rs.10) and a 4:1 bonus issue, alongside acquiring a 30% stake in EV charging startup Ultrafast Chargers for Rs.8 crores.
Steady dividend payout signals consistent cash generation despite last year's special dividend being absent this year. Strong profit growth and a cleaner post-split, post-bonus share structure may appeal to retail investors, though the dividend yield on the Rs.2 payout is modest given the post-bonus share count.
