Kaycee Industries published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY26 in newspapers. Consolidated total income grew 12.9% to Rs 6,005.09 lakh in FY26 from Rs 5,320.41 lakh. However, profitability declined significantly - consolidated PBT fell 13.1% to Rs 684.21 lakh and PAT dropped 15.2% to Rs 498.15 lakh versus Rs 787.59 lakh and Rs 587.69 lakh respectively in FY25. Standalone PAT declined even sharper at 23.7% to Rs 440.43 lakh. EPS (basic and diluted) came in at Rs 13.88 for FY26 versus Rs 18.18 in FY25. The company also announced a special window for re-lodgement of share transfer requests from May 18, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
Revenue growth was offset by margin compression as profits declined. The special window for share transfers suggests backlog clearing. The 15%+ decline in annual profits and 24% drop in standalone PAT may create near-term negative sentiment despite revenue growth.
