Kaycee Industries reported revenue from operations of Rs 5,320.41 lakhs for FY25, up about 9% from Rs 4,880.55 lakhs in FY24. Profit before tax rose sharply to Rs 787.59 lakhs (vs Rs 594.64 lakhs, ~32% growth), and standalone net profit grew roughly 31% to Rs 587.69 lakhs, translating to a standalone EPS of Rs 18.52. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share (20%) subject to shareholder approval. During the year the company executed a 4:1 bonus issue and a stock split (Rs 100 face value to Rs 10), and invested Rs 8 crores to acquire a 30% stake in Ultrafast Chargers Pvt Ltd, an EV DC fast-charging startup now classified as an associate. The statutory auditor (M/s R. Subramanian and Company LLP) issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results, and the company remains debt-free with positive operating cash flow of Rs 586.08 lakhs.
Strong profit growth, expanding margins, a healthy dividend, and a zero-debt balance sheet are positives for shareholders, though the small scale and the drag from the new associate's losses (Rs 10.62 lakhs) are minor watchpoints.
