Kaynes Technology India reported audited standalone revenue of Rs 21,278 million for FY26, up 11% from Rs 19,154 million in FY25. Consolidated revenue grew 33% to Rs 36,264 million from Rs 27,218 million. Standalone PAT increased 21% to Rs 2,541 million, while consolidated PAT rose 24% to Rs 3,639 million. EPS improved to Rs 38.30 (standalone) and Rs 54.85 (consolidated) from Rs 32.81 and Rs 45.82 respectively. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Exceptional items of Rs 25.54 million (standalone) and Rs 25.76 million (consolidated) relate to increased defined benefit obligations from new Labour Codes implementation. The company has 20 subsidiaries across India and globally.
Strong growth in both revenue and profitability demonstrates operational strength. The clean audit opinion removes any concern about financial reporting quality. However, EBITDA margins show compression as costs grew faster than revenue in Q4, which investors should monitor.
