Kaynes Technology India Limited has received a credit rating reaffirmation from CRISIL Ratings. The long-term rating on its Rs. 770 crore bank loan facilities has been reaffirmed at 'Crisil A/Stable'. The corporate credit rating has also been reaffirmed at the same level. Importantly, the rating has been removed from 'Rating Watch with Developing Implications', where it had been placed earlier. The rating covers cash credit facilities spread across seven banks including HDFC Bank, Canara Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI, Axis Bank, Federal Bank, and HSBC.
This is a positive development for shareholders. The reaffirmation at A/Stable indicates CRISIL's continued confidence in Kaynes' ability to service its debt obligations, and the removal from the rating watch eliminates prior uncertainty hanging over the stock. Investors can take this as a sign of financial stability, though no rating upgrade was granted.
