KBS India Ltd (BSE Scrip Code: 530357) has submitted the newspaper publication of its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2026, as required under SEBI Regulation 47(3). The results were approved by the board on 30 May 2026 and published in The Pratahkal and Business Standard on 31 May 2026. For Q4 FY26, total operating income stood at Rs. 67.17 lakh versus Rs. 115.77 lakh in Q4 FY25, with the company slipping into a loss of Rs. 10.04 lakh after tax compared to a profit of Rs. 6.06 lakh a year earlier. For the full year, revenue edged down to Rs. 341.71 lakh from Rs. 351.01 lakh, while profit after tax nearly halved to Rs. 8.76 lakh from Rs. 17.66 lakh in FY25. Earnings per share for the year fell to Rs. 0.01 from Rs. 0.02, and equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs. 1,082.12 lakh.
Shareholders should note weaker quarterly numbers and a roughly 50% drop in full-year profits, alongside declining revenue, suggesting continued pressure on the business. There is no mention of a dividend, and the small earnings base means small absolute changes can create large percentage swings in reported results.
