KBS India Limited has published its standalone un-audited financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 Sept 2025) in Business Standard and Pratahkal on 10 November 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. Total income from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 85.43 lakh, down from Rs 112.18 lakh in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax for the quarter fell sharply to Rs 6.30 lakh versus Rs 27.69 lakh in Q2 FY25. However, on a half-year basis, total income rose to Rs 208.41 lakh (vs Rs 161.59 lakh in H1 FY25) and net profit after tax jumped to Rs 32.81 lakh (vs Rs 12.69 lakh). Basic EPS for the half-year was Rs 0.03. The results were approved by the Board on 7 November 2025.
Mixed picture for shareholders: the quarterly numbers weakened sharply year-on-year with revenue falling about 24% and post-tax profit dropping around 77%, but the half-year performance shows strong recovery with revenue up roughly 29% and profit after tax more than doubling, suggesting improvement may be back-loaded. The small scale of operations and very low EPS (Rs 0.01-0.03) means the stock is likely to see only limited reaction, with attention focused on whether the H1 momentum sustains into H2 FY26.
