KCD Industries India Ltd has submitted the results of a postal ballot that concluded on 29th April 2025. The single resolution was to regularise the appointment of Ms. Ritakshi Khandelwal (DIN: 10928702) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Out of a total of 25,288,554 outstanding shares, 5,307,800 votes were polled (20.99%). The resolution passed with 99.65% votes in favour (52,88,986 votes) and just 0.35% against (18,814 votes).
