KDDL Limited reported strong standalone Q4FY26 performance with total income of Rs 145.3 Cr (up 42% YoY) and PAT of Rs 19.8 Cr (up 140% YoY). Full year standalone revenue grew 34% to Rs 506 Cr with EBITDA of Rs 116.9 Cr (margin 23.1%) and PAT of Rs 76.6 Cr (up 56%). Consolidated revenue grew 31% to Rs 2,153 Cr but PAT declined 5% to Rs 135.2 Cr due to margin compression—EBITDA margin contracted to 16.4% from 18.1% in FY25. The company disclosed mid-to-long term growth targets across business segments: 10-12% CAGR for Swiss/Indian/Japanese brands, 20-25% for Swiss mid-to-high-end and US/European markets, and Rs 80-100 Cr opportunity in domestic/export segments. Steel bracelet commercial production commenced at Dobbaspet facility in FY24. KDDL operates across watch components (dials, hands, bracelets), luxury packaging (Ornapac), precision engineering (Eigen), and owns Swiss brand Favre Leuba.
Strong standalone performance with margin expansion and EPS growth to Rs 62.28 validates operational strength, though consolidated margin contraction and PAT decline warrant monitoring. The disclosed multi-year growth targets provide visibility on strategic direction.
