Keerthi Industries' board, meeting on 13 November 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. Revenue from operations (continuing cement business) was Rs 2,247.52 lakhs in Q2 FY26 versus Rs 2,213.22 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while H1 FY26 revenue was Rs 5,305.88 lakhs. The company reported a net loss of Rs 543.45 lakhs for Q2 FY26, though the H1 FY26 loss narrowed to Rs 782.45 lakhs from Rs 1,000.18 lakhs a year earlier. The Electronics Division continues to be classified as held for sale/discontinued operations following its slump sale to Hyderabad Bottling Co. Pvt. Ltd (a related party), and Sugar Division land worth Rs 497.59 lakhs is also marked for sale. Separately, Ms. Anupama Iyer (an ICS member) was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 13 November 2025.
Shares were not listed on NSE. The ongoing losses in the cement business remain a concern despite stable revenues, but the narrowing H1 loss and divestment of the loss-making Electronics Division are mildly positive steps toward profitability. The new compliance officer appointment is a routine governance matter.
