KEI Industries reported Q4 FY26 net sales of INR3,476 crores (up 19.27%) with EBITDA margin improving to 12.21% from 11.6% last year. Full year FY26 net sales reached INR11,746 crores (up 20.66%) with PAT of INR918 crores and EBITDA margin of 11.81%. Volume growth was muted at 2% in Q4 and 6.21% for full year due to capacity constraints from delayed Sanand plant commissioning. Management guided for 17-18% volume growth in FY27 driven by Sanand facility ramp-up, targeting 20% revenue growth. Operating margin is expected in the 10.5-11% range for FY27 with further improvement of 0.5% in FY27-28 as Sanand reaches full capacity. The company maintains a debt-free status with working capital cycle improving to 2.97 months from 3.39 months last year.
Strong margin improvement and volume growth guidance from new Sanand capacity support continued earnings growth. The company remains debt-free while executing INR600-700 crores annual capex for capacity expansion, positioning it well to capture robust demand in power cables and wires.
