Kemistar Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, K P International Private Limited, has received the Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board for its manufacturing facility at Dahej. The plant focuses on e-waste, Li-ion battery, solar panel, metal and precious metal recovery, with an operational capacity of 27,000 MT per annum out of a consented 42,000 MT per annum in this phase. The plant has already commenced operations and trial runs have been completed. The remaining capacity is expected to be established in the near future. The CTO is valid until March 15, 2030, and the company expects this new vertical to drive robust top-line revenue growth.
