Kenrik Industries Limited has submitted its 9th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to BSE. Total revenue rose to Rs. 7,478.58 lakhs from Rs. 7,094.28 lakhs in the previous year, a growth of about 5.4%. However, profit after tax slipped to Rs. 99.31 lakhs from Rs. 107.04 lakhs, even as profit before tax edged up to Rs. 148.52 lakhs. The company completed its IPO on May 9, 2025, listing 34.98 lakh equity shares on the BSE SME platform, taking paid-up capital to about Rs. 9 crore. No dividend has been declared for the year, with retained earnings to be ploughed back into the business. The 9th AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2025, where shareholders will vote on adopting the financial statements, re-appointing Managing Director Nitin Dalpatlal Shah, appointing a new secretarial auditor, and regularising a new independent director.
The topline growth is modest and bottomline has actually dipped slightly, which shareholders may see as neutral-to-mildly-negative on profitability. The fresh listing on BSE SME could improve liquidity and visibility going forward, though small investors should note this is an SME-platform stock with limited trading volumes and no dividend in this year.
