Kesar Enterprises Limited has submitted copies of newspaper clippings (Free Press Journal and Navshakti, published on 15 February 2026) containing its unaudited standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended 31 December 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. For Q3 FY26, total income from operations fell sharply to Rs. 10,430.84 lakhs from Rs. 27,077.80 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net loss after tax narrowed significantly to Rs. 622.60 lakhs versus Rs. 5,676.01 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, revenue stood at Rs. 13,818.05 lakhs with a cumulative net loss of Rs. 4,107.19 lakhs. EPS for Q3 FY26 was Rs. (0.62) compared with Rs. (55.82) in the corresponding prior period. The results were approved by the Board on 13 February 2026 and reviewed by statutory auditors.
The sharp year-on-year revenue decline points to continued business headwinds, but the substantial narrowing of quarterly losses is a positive development for shareholders. As this is a regulatory newspaper publication of already-approved results, no new price-moving information is introduced. The company remains in the red with negative EPS and net worth concerns.
