Kesar India Limited has informed BSE that it has raised its stake in Trinity Buildcorp LLP (TBLLP) from 30% to 37% by executing a supplementary LLP agreement. The additional 7% stake cost just Rs. 7,000 in cash, reflecting the LLP's very small size (total fixed capital of only Rs. 1 lakh). TBLLP is a related party incorporated in Nagpur on May 14, 2025, is yet to commence business operations, and has nil turnover. The purpose is to diversify into construction and real estate activities, which is broadly in line with Kesar India's existing business. The transaction was carried out on an arm's length basis and required no government approvals.
This is a very minor, low-value transaction (Rs. 7,000 for 7% more stake) in a newly formed, not-yet-operational related-party LLP, so it is unlikely to have any meaningful impact on Kesar India's financials or stock price in the near term.
