Kesar Petroproducts Ltd has started commercial production at its new fertiliser plant in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons of high-end fertilisers. The plant will use by-products from the company's existing pigment facility, which also enhances pigment capacity. The company expects the new unit to drive approximately 20% year-on-year revenue growth in the coming years. The company already produces 600 tons/month of Copper Phthalocyanine Blue Crude, 150 tons/month of Alpha Blue, 200 tons/month of Beta Blue, and 50 tons/month of Pigment Green, serving industries like paints, inks, plastics, textiles, and cosmetics. It contributes up to 15% of India's Copper Phthalocyanine market, with FY25 nine-month revenue at Rs 144.18 crore versus Rs 148.89 crore for the full FY24.
