Mr. Vivek Suchanti (promoter) acquired 2,82,499 equity shares (5.07% of total share capital) from Nirmal Suchanti HUF, another promoter group entity, through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of partition of the HUF. As a result, Mr. Vivek Suchanti's individual holding rose from 5.38% (2,99,395 shares) to 10.45% (5,81,894 shares), crossing the 10% shareholding threshold.
