Mr. Vineet Suchanti, a shareholder of NSS Digital Media Limited (which holds 55.91% in Keynote Financial Services), has acquired 1,45,040 equity shares of NSS Digital Media Limited through inter-se transfers within the promoter group. The acquisition comprises a gift transfer of 44,800 shares (12.80%) from Mr. Vivek Suchanti and a partition-based transfer of 1,00,240 shares (28.64%) from Nirmal Suchanti HUF.
