Keynote Financial Services has informed the exchanges about an inter-se transfer of 2,82,499 equity shares (5.07% of share capital) from Nirmal Suchanti HUF to promoter Mr. Vivek Suchanti, effective on or after June 26, 2025. The transfer is happening due to the dissolution and partition of the Nirmal Suchanti HUF as part of family succession planning, with no monetary consideration involved.
