Vivek Suchanti, a promoter of Keynote Financial Services, acquired 2,82,499 equity shares (5.07% of diluted share capital) from Nirmal Suchanti HUF, also a promoter entity. The transfer happened on 26th June 2025 due to the dissolution and partition of the HUF, and no cash consideration was involved. Post-transaction, Vivek Suchanti's holding rose from 5.38% (2,99,395 shares) to 10.45% (5,81,894 shares), while Nirmal Suchanti HUF's holding went to zero.
